Quotes are based on your chosen dates and number of guests, with the total amount shown before payment — including the cleaning fee where applicable.

Payment is made on the site via PIX (the code expires in 30 minutes) or credit card in up to 12 installments. If payment is not completed within 40 minutes, the pre-booking is automatically released and the dates become available again.

The booking is confirmed once payment is approved, with confirmation sent by e-mail. The villa's full address is sent after confirmation.

If you prefer, our team can also complete bookings over WhatsApp.

Unless stated otherwise on the villa's page: check-in from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am.

The maximum guest capacity shown on each villa's page must be respected — it is the basis on which we prepare the house and staff the operation.

Each villa's specific rules are on its page. As a standard: smoking is not allowed inside the houses; events and parties only upon prior consultation; and, as the villas are in residential neighborhoods, we ask you to respect neighbors' rest at night.

Where applicable, security-deposit conditions are communicated by the team at booking time, before confirmation.

Cancellation and refund conditions are provided during the booking process and in your conversations with the team. To request a cancellation, contact us through the official channels — each case is handled under the conditions in force when you booked.

Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the property and for complying with house rules and local law. Casa Conceito is responsible for delivering the villa as advertised and for support during the stay.

Site content (texts, photos, brand) belongs to Casa Conceito Residences or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

The courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil are elected to settle disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to applicable consumer protections.
