Account: when you sign in with Google or by e-mail, we receive your name, e-mail and profile picture. If you complete a booking while signed in, we also store the phone number and document (CPF or passport) from the form, to speed up your future bookings.

Booking: the main guest's name, e-mail and phone, dates, property, number of guests and amounts. The payer's document entered at payment goes directly to Mercado Pago and is not stored by us.

Payment: card data is processed and tokenized by Mercado Pago — it never touches our servers.

Browsing: cookies and measurement identifiers (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager), the campaign origin of your visit (UTM parameters and click IDs, stored in your browser) and your consent choice, valid for 12 months.

WhatsApp contact: when you tap a WhatsApp button, we record the page or property you came from and the campaign origin, to serve you better.

Processing and managing your booking; charging payments; assisting you before and during your stay; pre-filling your details on future bookings (account holders only); measuring site usage and campaign results; and meeting legal and tax obligations.

Stays.net: our booking management platform — receives guest and stay data.

Mercado Pago: payment processing — receives billing and payer data.

Google: optional Google sign-in, audience measurement (Analytics) and display of public Google reviews.

Infrastructure: the site runs on Google Cloud, on servers located in Brazil.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies (session, security) and, with your permission where required, measurement and marketing cookies. For visitors from the European Union and Israel, measurement is only activated after you accept the cookie notice; your choice is valid for 12 months.

We keep data for as long as needed to fulfil the booking, provide support and meet legal and tax obligations. Account data is kept while the account exists.

Under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) you may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Just reach us through the channels below — we handle these requests with priority.
